Responsible for providing computer, server, telephone, building infrastructure support for end users and assisting IT staff with daily troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience working in a Linux environment. Experience with Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Microsoft Office applications.

Tech Services Analyst is responsible for providing computer, server, telephone, building infrastructure support for end users and assisting IT staff with daily troubleshooting and maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to telephone calls, email and requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Assist in windows server and infrastructure support and administration during Singapore shift.
  • Assists in the maintenance and support of desktop PC, hardware, software, operating systems and printers.
  • Contribute and assist in implementing new infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in identifying technical problems and conducting research to resolve issues.
  • Flexible schedule – ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Demonstrates reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Well-organized, good communication skills, and attention to details.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to build computer workstations.
  • Experience administering.
    – Windows Server
    – ADDS
    – VMware Virtualisation / VDI
    – Microsoft Exchange
    – PowerShell / Automation
  • Additional experience beneficial in
    – Citrix NetScaler
    – VMware AirWatch
    – Enterprise Storage
    – Citrix XenApp
    – MS SQL administration
  • Experience with Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Experience working in a Linux environment.
