My client, a circa $2bn AUM rapidly expanding European fund, is looking to make a newly created analyst hire.

The role has a very broad middle office remit, including daily contact with the trading desk, risk and portfolio finance teams. The role will see the individual manage relationships with prime brokers, ensure a smooth flow of the trade lifecycle and be involved in a number of projects. The hire will also be encouraged to take on tasks outside of their BAU and use the autonomy / flat structure that the role provides to develop further skills across finance, investor relations and tech. Whilst programming skills are not a necessity, a desire to learn VBA/SQL/Python would be seen as highly beneficial.

My client is committed to supporting the right candidate with progression through the company and funding for external qualifications, such as the IMC or CFA exams.

The total compensation for this role can pay up to £80k year one. The firm offer industry leading benefits.
