Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and international tax returns for private equity funds, including K-1s, partnership returns, and related filings. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in private equity tax, with a portion in a leadership or management role, preferably within a public accounting firm or a prominent private equity firm.
