About the Team

Our Investor Relations & Capital Formation team operates across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Munich, and London. The team has two functional areas of expertise: coverage, who manage and expand relationships with both existing and prospective investors globally and across products; and Fund & Client Solutions, responsible for managing the fundraising process and elements, and provides technical, operational, and analytical backbone needed for successful fundraising and client management.

About the Role

You will join a high-performing team with backgrounds in management consulting, banking, and investments, working across asset classes. You will be based in Copenhagen, engaging directly with the senior professionals and leading institutional investors.

Responsibilities:

* Analyse markets, competitors, and investment opportunities to support strategic decisions
* Develop investor marketing materials for fundraising and investor meetings
* Drive due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and manage investor DD processes, end-to-end
* Collaborate cross-functionally with investment management, portfolio management and corporate functions to deliver insights and solutions to the clients

Experience and Skills:

* Strong academic performance from leading universities
* Relevant experience in consulting, investments, asset management, or portfolio management – or as minimum being a graduate with a strong drive to learn
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Ambitious, analytical, and excels in critical thinking and communication
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, as well as a natural curiosity and willingness to learn and lean in
* Fluency in English
