My client is a boutique Venture Capital firm in downtown San Francisco. This position will be working very closely with the CFO on all accounting matters for the firm. This accounting manager will be the lead point of contact during the annual audits and will be managing all of the cash flow spreadsheets, creating the quarterly investor statements, preparing the capital call and distribution notices, as well as track the portfolio and manage the cap tables, and projections vs. actual’s.

Requirements
- 4+ years’ of corporate accounting experience, preferably from another VC/PE firm or a fund services firm.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance/Economics
- Dedicated mentality and a strong understanding of investments
