A well-respected hedge fund is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with strong networking skills in New York.

Responsibilities

* Assist in machine setup
* Support 1st level technical response
* Prioritize user requests and provide solutions
* Help and support users both onsite and remote
* Patch and update machines as needed

Qualifications

* 3+ years of support experience
* Must have experience supporting 100+ users in a Windows environment
* Good understanding of Windows networking (DHCP, DNS, IP)
