THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-established Chinese Based Fund with a multi-sector coverage but a specialized geographical focus in South East Asia. They are looking for a MD to manage a 1 Billion Dollar Fund.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Manage and monitor the execution of investment process
* Coordinate with both internal and external parties to explore and screen investment opportunities
* Manage and supervise negotiations, investment documents and structuring
* Conduct training on negotiation of investment terms
* Develop and evaluate the company’s competence and direction regularly and make improvement
* Manage the entire fundraising process such as investment research
* Provide guidance on research of potential investment opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 15+ years of working experience in Private equity / Direct Investment
* Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance or other business-related disciplines
* Strong management skills
* Expert in fundraising in South East Asia
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin*
