New/Critical role based on growth

Summary: Will lead overall portfolio management activities (i.e. including onboarding, 100-day plan and value creation initiatives – including whiteboarding, topgrading and add-on acquisition searches and integration).

Will sit in on all monthly calls with all portfolio companies
Involved in initiatives for improvement, value-add items, etc.
Ensures seamless transition, maintenance and potential exit
Light/Occasion travel only when needed

Requirements

4-8 years’ operations experience working for a private equity (PE) company, a PE-owned company, a holding company, a consulting firm OR SIMILAR…
Someone who truly understands the value of what a PE firm has to offer and how to execute it within a portfolio of companies
College degree required (MBA a plus)
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports
Self-starter / Self-motivation, ambition and desire for increased responsibility
Proactively seeks out areas for process improvement, etc.
Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Close attention to detail, with a high degree of accountability
Good sense of humor, cultural fit and historical success working in a small team environment
