Details

Kforce has a top growth client seeking a Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager for their growing team in King of Prussia, PA. Duties:

* Oversight and review of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for real estate funds
* Review and preparation of disclosures for financials including total return calculation, expense ratios, etc.
* Review of footnotes to financial statements
* Prepare audit schedules and provide any necessary information to the external auditors
* Ensure accuracy of the financial information-identify any errors and determine appropriate corrective actions

Requirements

* BS degree Accounting or Finance
* 5+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting with a desire to grow a team
* Supervisory experience
* Strong accounting knowledge
* Clean job history
