Sr. Accountant – Private Equity

Involved in a mix of valuation analysis, financial reporting, and accounting for the assigned entities in your funds. CPA or progress towards pursuing CPA. Ideally 2+ years of public accounting experience or in-house private equity/venture capital experience, preferably audit, but open to tax.

This position is a mix of valuation analysis, financial reporting, and accounting for the assigned entities in your funds. The firm has 3 active main funds that total over $10B in AUM and each fund has a web of complex entities that you’ll help manage, value, and report on. Upper management are great mentors yet also allow a lot of freedom and autonomy.

Requirements:

* CPA or progress towards pursuing CPA
* Ideally between 2-5 years of public accounting experience (Big10) and/or in-house private equity/venture capital experience, preferably audit. but open to tax
* Humble but hungry to learn attitude and team mentality
