A Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-to-senior level private equity associate attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience at a large law firm working on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions for Private Equity funds.
The candidate will work with the busy Private Equity team, representing middle market and lower middle market Private Equity funds with leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, and exits, as well as with the management of their portfolio companies. The candidate will receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility; gain experience as a responsible attorney on M&A transactions and eventually lead transactions; collaborate across practice groups and offices; have opportunities for advancement in a collegial environment; engage in business development activities.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills; must have the desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction; and should be highly motivated and a self-starter.

We are impressed with this firm’s out of state management because they appear to have a good understanding of the essentials of building a major international law firm in a rapid length of time. We are also impressed with a lot of the work going on over here and the care this firm appears to take in making its hiring decisions. This firm has been doing pretty well lately and, for the most part, associates we have spoken with from this firm seem pretty happy here as of late.
