Riverside Technology Capital Solutions (“RTCS”) is a growth equity / private equity fund in San Francisco that invests in both secondary and special situation opportunities in high-growth software and internet companies. RTCS is a fund of The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm with over $8 billion under management. The RTCS team joined Riverside from a previous fund not affiliated with Riverside where they generated top decile returns with investments such as Spotify, AppDynamics, and Anaplan.

RTCS is looking to hire a Vice President for a highly entrepreneurial role comprising both sourcing and execution. This team member will work directly with the Managing Partner and the rest of the investment team, offering candidates a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding private equity fund on the ground floor. This career-track role is best-suited for candidates with a strong self-starting work ethic and deep network in the startup and VC ecosystem. The candidate should have a track record of thriving in unstructured entrepreneurial environments and strong interest in technology and growth equity / private equity. Candidates with backgrounds in venture capital, growth equity, and private equity are highly preferred. Ideal candidates should have prior experience sourcing and performing diligence in an investment role, exhibit fundamental knowledge of the technology space, and be comfortable in a lean team environment. Minimum Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree from a top university

MBA considered but not required

5+ years of work experience in a related role

Venture capital, growth equity, and private equity experience highly preferred

Experience with accounting, financial modeling, and private company valuation

Detail-oriented self-starter with demonstrated entrepreneurial streak

Strong networking skills, including a deep VC network

Interest in technology investing
