Our client, a company providing specialist insurance solutions for M&A risks, seeks an experienced M&A attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience at a top law firm representing private equity clients on M&A deals.

The M&A attorney will work closely with company PE clients pursuing deals to identify target company risks and offer guidance on the insurance needs related to those risks.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to move in-house, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive company growth.
