Our diverse client list ranges in size from a 5-10 person pre-revenue start-ups to some of the largest Fortune companies on in the area.

The company is a NYC based growing Private equity Firm currently seeking to add a Senior Associate/VP Investments within their Healthcare Sponsor Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing/screening and underwriting new (Healthcare) offerings.

* Execute/Source and provide detailed due diligence on potential private equity opportunities including initial meeting, review of performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed fund revaluation.

* Perform due diligence/risk/performance reporting and strategy for Investment Committee
* Review and monitor Private Equity Data/Risk metrics
* Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management
* Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
* Support fundraising efforts for private equity separate account mandates and commingled funds.
* Work with Compliance, Legal and Markeing Teams
* Perform operational risk, performance review and valuations review
* Oversee backtesting of investments analytical framework and cashflow forecasts

Requirements:

* Min 4+ years most recent experience (Private Equity/M&A/Alternative Asset Management)
* 3+ years total Financial Services industry experience (Healthcare strongly preferred)
* Advanced Degree: MBA/CPA/CFA recommended
* Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
* Prior Management experiencerequired
* Keen attention for detail
