Job Summary
Support the preparation of periodic and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with LUXGAAP and IFRS, contribute to group reporting packages, and perform intra-group eliminations and consolidation adjustments. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3–5 years of experience in IFRS reporting, consolidation, and the real estate sector. Fluent in English and French.

What You’ll Do:
* Support the preparation of periodic and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with LUXGAAP and IFRS, contribute to group reporting packages, and perform intra-group eliminations and consolidation adjustments
* Maintain and develop the consolidation system and group chart of accounts, participate in impairment testing, and implement new accounting standards and regulatory changes
* Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency, review statutory accounts from the Global Center of Delivery, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery using internal monitoring tools
* Liaise effectively with the internal teams and external auditors to ensure coordination and compliance, while managing relationships with the clients and service providers including tax advisors, law firms, asset managers, and fund managers
* Attend board meetings under directorship mandates, apply internal procedures diligently, utilize additional resources as needed, and contribute as an active team member committed to delivering exceptional client service
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
* 3–5 years of experience in IFRS reporting, consolidation, and the real estate sector
* Strong technical accounting expertise in both Lux GAAP and IFRS
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Familiar with Yardi and Mona systems
* Fluent in English and French
* Additional languages are a plus
