We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) practice, able to sit in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

* Contributing toward a team covering one or more client relationships
* Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements including, but not limited to, balance sheet, statement of investments, statement of operations, statement of cash flows, and notes to financial statements
* Preparing general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income, and expense accruals, etc.
* Preparing partner capital reports including partner P&L
* Preparing and calculating monthly interest accruals, management fees and capital allocations
* Calculating capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses of cash, and investor notices
* Reconciling cash balances daily for multiple accounts
* Calculating quarter-end final and estimated NAVs
* Supporting the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client, and auditors
* Training and mentoring the junior staff

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
* 2+ years of private equity fund accounting or audit experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

* Master’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field
* CPA or parts passed towards completion
* Experience using Yardi and/or MRI
* Must be based in tri-state area with flexibility to work remotely
