We’re looking for a commercially minded, analytically driven Associate to join our Multi-strategy Private Equity team. If you’re passionate about private markets and eager to gain exposure across primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities globally, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team at Roc Partners.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical background, looking to accelerate their career in private equity.

About the Job
Reporting to the Investment Director, you’ll contribute to investment research, analysis, deal execution and portfolio management across a diverse global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the evaluation and execution of primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities
* Build financial models and perform detailed forecasts and valuation analysis
* Prepare investment recommendation materials and due diligence notes
* Participate in meetings and calls with managers, intermediaries and portfolio companies
* Assist in ongoing portfolio monitoring and client reporting
* Support broader market research, data gathering, and CRM/database management
Qualifications:
* Strong academic record, particularly in an analytical major
* Undergraduate degree from a leading university
* Minimum 2–3 years’ work experience in a strong professional services environment (e.g. investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or asset consulting/advisory)
* Financial modelling skills and valuation experience
* Be required to travel domestically and internationally
