Support the Secondaries Investment Management Team in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation required for the acquisition and sale of primary and secondary fund investments. U.S. or UK-qualified Lawyer. International experience is a plus. 6+ years post qualification experience, currently working in a private funds group at a law firm or a similar in-house role.
