Review, negotiate and draft analyses and documentation for the clients in respect of primary fund investments, secondary transactions and co-investments, including private placement memoranda, partnership agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, and side letters. Law degree, good academic track record, and membership in good standing with an applicable law society. 3+ years, 1+ years UK post-qualification experience, private markets fund formation/LP advisory at a law firm or investment management firm, with 2+ years in a strong funds practice within a law firm.
