Analyst – Valuation

What It’s About

As a Valuation Analyst in the Investment Valuation Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our investment valuations across private credit and private equity investments.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual investment valuation process
* Develop and improve valuation and reporting tools and processes
* Oversee financial performance and covenant compliance for debt assets
* Review valuations provided by the service providers
* Collaborate with the internal teams and external parties on monitoring and valuation matters
* Participate in knowledge sharing and team learning opportunities

What We Expect:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar
* 3-5 years work experience in the financial industry
* Strong interest in and aptitude for private equity and private credit valuation techniques
* Willingness to quickly acquire and apply knowledge of valuation methodologies
* Good understanding of financial statements
* Ability to manage multi-stakeholder processes, ensuring accurate and consistent outputs
* Self-directed, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Well-organized, eager to learn, and a good team player
* Proficient in Excel
* Knowledge of financial databases is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
