An elite global investment platform is looking for a Head of Private Equity Middle Office Operations to lead and elevate its middle office capabilities across a multi-strategy private markets business.
Responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at the center of one of the industry’s most dynamic and fast-growing platforms.
In this role, you’ll be the key operational partner to private equity and credit investment teams, overseeing trade lifecycle execution, cash and position management, reconciliations, data integrity, and process control for a wide range of complex fund structures. You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate with the senior stakeholders across investment operations, finance, compliance, legal, and technology to ensure scalable, best-in-class support as the platform continues to expand globally.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of experience in middle office or investment operations, with deep exposure to private market strategies and a passion for building and refining operational infrastructure. A strong track record of managing teams, optimising workflows, implementing systems, and working across business lines is critical.
