Fantastic opportunity to join this boutique private equity investment company with investments across a range of asset classes both locally and internationally. You will report directly to the CEO and have responsibility for the financial and management reporting for the company.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis
- Preparation of weekly Investment Committee papers and weekly reporting to the Group CEO
- Portfolio valuations
- Working closely with the Group Portfolio Manager and maintaining the portfolio investment registers
- Management of office external contractual arrangements with third parties
- Cashflow management including relationship with banking groups
- Invoice management – low amount under 20 per week
Report directly to CEO
Key relationships: CEO, Portfolio Manager, External Accountants and Suppliers
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant
- A solid understanding of financial instruments
- Financial and management reporting experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to provide strategic direction whilst still across the detailed financials
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Financial services experience or investment markets experience from HNW management within Chartered
