Our Private Equity Firm is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Analyst with strong research, financial modeling and communication skills. You will support our dynamic team by providing research and analyses to Directors for asset acquisition and management.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and underwrite potential acquisition targets
  • Manage team of Analysts on new investments and asset monitoring
  • Perform complex financial analyses, including the development of cash flow projections, operating pro-forma, and valuation models
  • Assist with the preparation of investment summaries and packets to be presented to the firm’s Investment Committee and joint-venture equity partners
  • Review and analyze investment materials, and gather and evaluate economic and market data
  • Interface with equity partners, lenders, and local brokerage contacts in markets across the United States
  • Assist with managing the due diligence process, including but not limited to operating performance, legal documentation, and other investment-related information
  • Coordinate and assist with the purchase transaction between buyer, seller, lender, institutional partners and escrow company
  • Participate in acquisition target tours and conduct company / property and site analyses
  • Update and maintain acquisition pipeline on a weekly basis

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-time experience as an analyst in acquisitions and/or asset management and/or investment sales required.
  • Undergraduate degree in economics, real estate, finance or a related field with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines
  • Experience in underwriting required
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables in an accurate and timely manner
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling is required
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to succeed are essential
  • Ability to work autonomously, while having the capacity to excel within a group dynamic
  • Strong written and oral communication, graphical presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Some travel may be required
