Our client is a major global private equity fund. They take stakes in growth and mid sized companies, and have successfully made several investments this year.. They are now looking to add a Senior Associate professional to their team, who will work on the execution of investments for the fund as well as portfolio management of the investee companies. Day to day, this involve meeting the management of potential acquisitions, managing parts of the deal execution process, and interacting with companies where the fund has made investments. This role is suitable for an Associate or investment professional from another private equity firm, probably with 2 – 5 years investment experience. Prior to this, you will probably have trained with an investment bank or one of the major strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey or Bain although you may well have joined the fund straight after graduating. It is suitable for those with an MBA.
