Growing private equity firm located in San Diego is looking to hire a Senior Analyst. Position will report to the Senior Director and work directly with others in the organization. The company has an extremely fast paced environment. Position responsibilities will be very diverse. Responsibilities will include creating or updating financial models, performing various analyses to projected revenue, performing various research and/or financial planning and analysis functions for the firm’s portfolio companies, as well as other ad hoc projects as assigned. This is a highly visible position and will also work with outside professionals to gather information relating to potential investments.

Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience. Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting required. Strong knowledge and understanding of finance and/or accounting required. Successful candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, strong work ethic with a drive for perfection, and the ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
