Description:
An international UK-based private equity firm focused on infrastructure and energy project investments is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager at their San Francisco office. The role entails preparing management and statutory accounts for the corporate and a number of project entities as well as taking responsibility for all other financial matters associated with the business, either personally or through coordination with external parties. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for financial reporting to various parties, filing tax returns, and assisting in the financial aspects of asset management. The ideal applicant would be someone who is eager to add value to a growing business by applying their ideas and expertise to a range of tasks. Requirements
- 3+ years in public accounting AND 1-2+ years of industry experience preferably coming from the financial services (private equity, venture capital, hedge fund) or energy and infrastructure industries.
- CPA
- Exposure to tax
- Nice to have: fund level performance reporting.
