My client is a Private Equity investment company. The company promotes excellence and wants to be surrounded by the best collaborators available on the market. They are looking for a Senior accountant/senior auditor specialised in real estate to strengthen their team.
You will be dedicated to a specific market and will be in charge of the accountancy from A to Z of property companies and holding.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in French and English, any other language is a strong asset;
- You have a previous experience (3 years) in Private Equity either as senior accountant or senior auditor/audit assistant manager;
- You are able to work in autonomy and in a Team;
- You have good communication skills and present well;
- You are solution oriented and can react quickly;
- You are quality driven.
The opportunity:
- In charge of the accounting (annual accounts) and reporting activities for the legal entities;
- Preparing VAT declarations and CIT declarations;
- Participating to the quarterly closing and group reporting;
- Reviewing and controlling bookings performed by service providers;
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts, balance sheet and P&L;
- Preparing IFRS bookings where necessary;
- Liaising with third parties, asset managers and colleagues from different offices.
