Job Summary
Private equity company. Supervise the establishment, legal administration and liquidation of Luxembourg companies. Assistance with the closing of large asset transactions. Fluency in English. 5+ years’ experience in a comparable position, with exposure to private equity and real estate structures.

The context:
- Part of a team exclusively working for a globally-investing private equity group.
Your role:
- Supervise the establishment, legal administration and liquidation of Luxembourg companies (mainly SPVs);
- Assistance with the closing of large asset transactions;
- Communicate with and advise clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions ;
- Team management;
- Actively participate in optimizing legal processes and procedures.
Your profile:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a comparable position, with exposure to private equity and real estate structures;
- Fluency in English;
- Commercial, service-minded attitude;
- Willing to develop international company law knowledge;
- Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team.
