The firm Our client is a very well known, leading UK focused private equity firm based in London. They are very focused on small to mid cap growth investments and are very successful. They have a large fund ready to invest and are now looking to add an investment manager to their team. The role The role will focus on the origination and execution of investments for the firm. This will involve evaluating investments, meeting the management of companies, preparing investment papers, deal execution and execution of the transaction as principal. You will also have involvement in the portfolio management of the companies once you have made an investment. Candidate background This position is suitable for an investment professional from another private equity fund. There is some scope for the level at which they hire, but the successful candidate is likely to have at least 5 years experience since graduating. You must be able to have great communication skills and a real interest in UK business.
