Our client a company in professional services is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing team.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $120 – $140k

Position Overview: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for leading client engagement duties and supervising staff professionals. The Senior Accountant must act in supportive yet collaborative manner with the firm’s personal clients.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

* Knowledge of private equity authoritative language (GAAP and SBIC standards)
* Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters
* Proactively manage client relationships
* Supervise and career support/development of accounting staff
* Review client records, financial statements and support schedules

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

* Private Equity accounting experience a must
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite user (Excel, Word)
* Public accounting experience a huge plus

Education Requirements:

* BS/BA or MS in Accounting
* CPA license is preferred
