About the Job

A downtown Dallas private equity firm is looking for an Accounting Manager. This position reports directly to the CFO and interacts closely with the partners and managing directors making investment decisions. The firm has just launched a second fund after producing excellent investor returns with its first fund. This position offers a challenging opportunity working in a dynamic environment.

Desired skills and experience are as follows:

  • 4-7 years experience (Big 4 or fund accounting experience required)
  • BBA in Accounting with a CPA a plus
  • Prior private equity fund accounting/audit experience preferred
