Legal Counsel – Private Equity Funds
My client is a world leading financial institution who are looking to add a lawyer to their leading In-House team.
The Legal Counsel will focus on providing high quality legal advice to the Funds and Asset Management side of this leading institution.
You will be providing advice to both new and existing funds and should have a sound knowledge and experience of all stages of a deal.
Requirements of the Private Equity Lawyer:
- Qualified Lawyer of England & Wales.
- You should have trained at a Top UK or US Law Firm.
- Strong track record in Private Equity
