Legal Counsel – Investments

Work closely with the firm’s asset class teams, specifically their real estate investment team, to ensure the fund’s investments are strategically structured, legally sound, and commercially robust. Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction. Good experience working in private practice or in-house legal roles, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, property, or private equity transactions.
