A highly established Private Equity firm based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an outstanding candidate to head their advisory team.
Reporting to the CEO of the firm, this candidate should come with 10 years of Corporate Finance experience and is willing to travel and/or relocate to Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- advising and implementing realisation and exit strategies for our investments; working closely with the investment directors covering trade sale, IPOs, RTOs
- focusing on cross border M&A opportunities between our investees companies across the region and strategy alliances with foreign investors to broaden the revenue basis and increase the attractiveness for realisation/exit.
- tapping the appetite of many foreign investors wanting to invest in ASEAN and co-invest in our investee companies and third party companies
- marketing and finding investors for investments which may not fully comply with our investment criteria or partially satisfied.
- raising senior financing from banks for our investee companies to complement our investments
Other requirements:
- willing to be mobile and to relocate to Singapore
- degree in Economics/Finance/Maths/Engineering/History will be preferable
- ideally strong corporate financing analysis skills. Ideally with some of the followin
- ability to communicate effectively to both clients and the team on
- portfolio recommendatrions or stock ideas.
