A pan-European Private Equity boutique is seeking a driven and bright fund accountant to join its team.
Specialising in the mid-market, since being founded the firm has grown significantly and is now a leading player in the industry. As such, they are looking for someone with experience in fund accounting and/or fund administration who wants to take the next step, and be involved in the growth and evolution of the firms finance function.
The roles itself is multi faceted and covers all areas of finance, with core responsibilities focused on the funds and portfolio companies. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Fund accounting
- Implementation of best practices and controls
- Liaising with third parties, including fund administrators and banks.
- Assistance with the compliance processes and policies.
- Portfolio accounting and valuations
- Risk analysis/modelling and reporting.
The chosen candidate must be a qualified accountant with experience in a Private Equity/Investment Management institution or a Fund Administrator. Strong excel skills are essential.
