This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional to join a top tier private equity firm to be part of the senior management team and make decisions that will have an impact to the business success.
Reporting into a Senior VP of HR:
- You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties
- Leading a small team to deliver quality HR services to the business.
- You will be a true business partner to the business and providing insights as a subject matter expert in the human capital arena.
You must be a team player and enjoy developing your team members:
- Degree in Human Resources or other business related disciplines.
- At least 10 years work experience preferably gained within the financial services industry
- This is a hands on role that will require you to be fully involved and engaged in the daily HR related matters.
- You must be able to handle senior stakeholders independently.
- Excellent command of English is compulsory.
