Exciting opportunity for a CEO with a General Counsel background to lead the London office of a global Agricultural Private Equity Firm.
The CEO will lead the London office of the Agricultural Private Equity Firm, managing a team of 6. They will assist with the management of their private equity assets and will be heavily involved in new acquisitions and tax structuring. They will also manage teams of external lawyers.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
- Be the General Counsel at an agricultural firm in London
- Have extensive acquisition experience globally
- Have a solid understanding of tax structures globally
- Have experience leading a team and will have a strong character
