A leading financial institution are currently looking for a Private Equity AVP/Associateto join their expanding team within Dublin. The successful Private Equity AVP must have previous experience with Private Equity Funds from a fund administration perspective.
The principal responsibility for this position is developing the product offering, client onboarding and product control. This Private Equity AVP role will involve liaising with key business stakeholders such as – Sales, Business Analytics, Clients, Client Integration, Operations and Product Management to enhance the client experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Clients – Creating and negotiating client SLA’s, support operations to implement a standard BAU model and client solutioning
* Sales – create pitches to show case the product and establish pricing
* Business Analytics – involved in creating the product roadmap with the application owners within the RTB framework
* Product Management – involved in projects that will improve the product
* Operations – Support operations during periods of peak demands particularly with new launches
* Control – assist in developing a framework that is best in class. Assist in managing the SSAE 16 certification
* Business Reviews – periodic reviews within the GSS scorecard for document retention
* Innovation – Support and participate in product wide projects that will improve the product in the market place
- Ensure Client concerns and queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist senior management with ad hoc projects
- Reviewing first NAV and other related client output from AFS smart sourcing locations
- Reviewing fund set-up on Investran
- Creating service models for clients
Experience Required:
- Investran and Sungard DX experience
- A degree qualification
- At least 5 years fund administration experience
- A degree qualification
- A detailed understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work with tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions/
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A professional accounting qualification (desirable)
