About Our Client

My client started 10 years ago and has built a solid portfolio of investments across the UK. There isn’t a focus on any specific sector but there are several investments across consumer, food & bev, industrials, TMT and business services.

Job Description

The role will involve;

• Due diligence.
• Financial modelling.
• Market research for potential new investments.
• Preparing Investment Memorandums to present to the Investment Committee.
• Attend meetings alongside senior management at potential investment targets.
• Assist in the asset management of existing investments.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have/be;

• Exceptional financial modelling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Preferably a Masters degree in Finance or similar from a top university.
• A background in M&A from a top investment bank or big four accountancy firm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A passion for investments.
• Strong work ethic.
