Our client is a global sector agnostic private equity buyout fund working exclusively in the mid market space. Strong operations capabilities to help expand and turnaround portfolio businesses. Allocation $1 billion for Asia and hiring a Senior Analyst or Associate to work directly with Investment Directors in Singapore.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Independently analysing and executing potential investment opportuinties
- Participating in multiple investment bids across APAC with emphasis on China
- Financial modeling, leading commercial and financial due-diligence, management pitches, term sheet negotiations, and legal documentation
- Managing and mentoring the Analyst pool
You have 3-4 years experience in a buyout fund or Investment Banking (M&A) across various sectors. You have a stellar academic background and have a strong command of Mandarin to help manage relations with Chinese business.
