We are interested in adding an Associate to assist us in evaluating and completing new acquisitions in the lower middle market as well as supporting our existing portfolio companies. Responsibilities will include transaction evaluation, financial modeling and valuation, industry research, due diligence and other analyses, and participation in investment committee meetings. Associates will work within small deal teams alongside senior members of the firm as well as with senior management of the portfolio companies.

We are seeking a pre-MBA candidate for immediate hire. The candidate will have 1-3 years total work experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, due diligence accounting services or other relevant experience.
