Private equity firm looking for Associate with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in investment banking or private equity
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new investment opportunities
- Involved in the full investment process including industry and company analysis, management meeting, due diligence, financial modelling, legal documentation and closing
- Perform valuation analysis, including precedent transaction, comparable company analyses, financial projections and sensitivity analysis
- Provide independent views to deal team on investments being evaluated
Requirements:
- 5 years and above of relevant working experience in corporate finance
- A university degree in a business, accounting or finance-related discipline necessary
- Strong track record of academic and/or professional achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
