This is an opportunity to work as an Investment Associate for one of the most attractive names in the Real Estate Private Equity space. The firm has offices in North America, Europe and Asia and this opening is to join the London office and work predominantly on value-add/opportunistic UK transactions.
The Firm
Are extremely well established and have a very reputable brand name. Over recent years they have rose to become one of the most recognisable players in Real Estate Private Equity. They operate out of prime office locations across the globe and specialise in investments across multiple asset classes. Members of the European office have recently completed deals across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal in offices, retail, logistics, hotels and residential assets.
The Role
This role will be based in the London office and the successful candidate will execute investments in the UK across multiple asset classes. This particular team adopts a value-add/opportunistic approach and retain a strong hands-on approach post acquisition. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects such as design and management of assets post deal in order to renovate and extract as much value as possible. The team has seen 30%+ IRR levels in recent deals meaning they have been extremely successful thus far and are looking only to build on this.
The Candidate
* Ideally 2-5 years experience of working within a recognised Principal Investor or Investment Bank
* Experience of working on transactions in the Real Estate space, ideally across a selection of asset classes
* Exceptionally strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* A genuine interest in the UK Real Estate market and the desire to work in a fast pace, entrepreneurial environment
