JOIN A LEADING BUYOUT FUND
The investment Associate will work on all aspects of new investments, current investments, divestitures and related financings, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Taking a lead role in analysing investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment, through competitive positioning and scenario analysis; assisting with initial structuring and pitching deals internally to the senior executives
- Leading diligence efforts on pursued deals, including business diligence, and managing external advisors
- Building high quality financial models to support deal underwriting and structuring efforts
- Provide independent views to deal team / partners on investments being evaluated
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in investment banking or private equity
- Strong track record of academic and/or professional achievement
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Undergraduate degree and strong GPA from a leading college or university
