EUROPEAN FAMILY OFFICE LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATE WITH 3- 6 YEARS OF BUYSIDE EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new investment opportunities in APAC
- Involved in the full investment process including industry and company analysis, management meeting, due diligence, financial modelling, legal documentation and closing
- Provide independent views to Investment Directors on investments being evaluated
- Value creation and strategic work at portfolio company level
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a private equity or an investments-related role
- Strong track record of academic and professional achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to work independently
- Mandarin OR Bahasa Indonesia necessary due to geographic coverage
