We have an excellent opportunity to join an international private investment firm as a Senior Investment Associate. This role has significant potential for growth in a start up operation. The role will suit an ambitious numerate professional (CFA/ACA) seeking to further their career in the investment industry. A knowledge of real estate credit/lending and financial modelling is essential. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Credit underwriting.
- Financial modelling.
- Transaction Management.
Requirements for this Role
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent financial modelling experience.
- Experience of transaction management in an investment or corporate finance capacity.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- ACA/CFA qualification.
