Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join the Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Fund investment team as an associate with responsibility financial modeling, due diligence, execution, and monitoring of existing portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: developing, utilizing, and analyzing financial models in order to evaluate investment opportunities
Due Diligence and Execution: working with the team to assess and execute new investments
Conducting due diligence, financial review, preparation of presentation material for investment committee etc.
Portfolio Monitoring: assist in the monitoring of portfolio companies including analysis of corporate development and financing opportunities, analyzing budgets, interacting with key members of management, and positioning business to be prepared for exit
Development Value:

Candidates will gain deep full-cycle experience in infrastructure investing through the evaluation of new investments as well as all aspects of running a business through the monitoring of existing portfolio companies

Skills/Qualifications:

2+ years of previous investment banking and/or principal private equity or infrastructure investing experience
A keen interest in energy infrastructure
Demonstrable financial modeling and evaluation skills
Ability to communicate well and thrive in an entrepreneurial, team environment
Undergraduate degree with strong academic background
