Our client is a leading private debt fund. They work with expanding, entrepreneurial growth companies who need additional financing solutions for expansion capital, acquisitions or investment and are very successful. They are now looking to add an Associate Director to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the firm. This will involve meeting with the borrower/ investee companies, understanding their capital requirements, structuring the finance, credit analysis, lending execution and portfolio management. They are interested in recruiting a professional who will work in one of the following – another another private debt, mezzanine or lending firm, – leveraged finance, lending or potential acquisition finance. – you will probably already be a the AD/ VP or senior associate level – great track record in deal execution
