The Boise office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our national Business Group. The attorney who fills this position will focus primarily on private equity and mergers & acquisitions but will also handle a broad array of corporate work including emerging growth company matters, entity and fund formation, and corporate governance issues. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials (including law review or law journal work) and a minimum of three years of experience in private equity, preferably at a national law firm.
