Roles/Responsibilities
- Perform Execution work in Private Equity Investment Transactions
- Screening Investment opportunities
- Conduct Financial Statement analysis
- Lead Valuation and Due Diligence
- Create financial models
- Monitor portfolio companies
Required skills
- Solid M&A experience in Investment Bank in Japan
- Junior candidate with no more than 5 year working experience
- Native level fluency in written and spoken Japanese and Business level English
Preferred skills
- M&A Advisory experiences in Global Investment Bank in Japan
